What support can clients expect from our company?
- Web meetings; using products such as GoToMeeting, Teams, etc we can see problems at first hand and either explain how to solve these or intervene directly on the customer’s system if necessary
- Product documentation and help which is continually adapted and updated to reflect new functionality
- We are currently in the early stages of our new Online Training Portal. This will include how-to-guides, demos, tips and will aid in navigating our wikis. More information can be found on the ‘Other Services’ Page.
